 Nicole is the most outstanding Transaction Coordinator I've worked with over the past 18 years.  She and her team are meticulous, fast, communicative, professional and highly knowledgeable.  I work with Nicole not only because she is a licensed agent herself, but she is trained by the California Association of Realtors and is as knowledgeable as most brokers I know. In fact, when problems arise in a transaction she is always my first call. Together, we usually overcome escrow turbulence easily.
